Stretched for miles. Reporter the traffic snarled traffic through the friday night commute at one point closing all four southbound lanes. Hours long grid lock followed a fatal accident about 4 00 this afternoon. California Highway Patrol officers say a dump truck and bus collided on southbound highway 101.
