Soy sauce brand Kikkoman is launching a second limited edition bottle, featuring Japanese images. The 150ml bottle features a crane, pine brand, and sun symbol alongside Japanese characters spelling Tsurumatsu - Tsuru means crane and Matsu means pine. There will be more than 400,000 bottles produced and expected to be available until April. Kikkoman said soy sauce sales have rocketed during the pandemic and it has “been in a strong position to capitalise on this”.
