THE offices of two Belfast city centre law firms have gone on the market.
Marlborough House, the headquarters of Tughans Solicitors, has been listed with a £3 million asking price, while Diamond House on Royal Avenue, the base for Diamond Heron Solicitors, is on sale for £795,000.
The six story Marlborough House on Victoria Street lies between the Albert Clock and Malmaison Hotel.
According to the property brochure produced by CBRE, Tughans’ lease on the 25,252 sq ft office building is due to expire on November 15 2021. CBRE puts the law firm’s annual rent at £309,291.
