10:22 a.m. Caller at Gabriel Farms’ hayfields on Old Greenfield Road states someone drove through his hayfields overnight and tore them up.

8:24 p.m. Motor vehicle accident at Federal Street and Woodland Drive. Car struck a deer. No smoke, fluids or injuries. Deer deceased. Vehicle was able to be driven; driver had his son come follow him just in case of issues.
Montague, May 10
8:57 a.m. Greenfield Savings Bank on Avenue A requests an officer retrieve a syringe found on the property. Disposed of.

Montague, April 1
6:45 a.m. A Federal Street caller states there is a fire in the upstairs bathroom. All parties are out of the house. Call transferred to Shelburne Control. Officer Cody Wells advised. Fire extinguished before officers’ arrival.
2:54 p.m. Postmaster at the Turners Falls Post Office on Avenue A advising someone found a “bag of powder” outside the Post Office, brought it in and left it on a counter. Chief Christopher Williams retrieved the item.
7:22 p.m. Trooper Michael Leslie requests an officer assist him with an aggressive dog at the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office Regional Dog Shelter on Sandy Lane. Officer Cody Wells advised.

12:57 a.m. A Sherman Drive caller states he was sleeping and suddenly two women were in his house. He doesn’t know who they are. Callers states he has one woman in the closet and isn’t sure where the other one went. He has a weapon in his hand to protect himself. House was searched. Nobody located.

8:43 p.m. A Second Street caller states a package from Amazon was stolen from her porch. Would just like it on record.
Montague, Jan. 11
9:19 a.m. Report of a syringe at the end of the parking area on I Street. Cap for syringe located; disposed of.
