The New Mexico Department of Health updated its COVID-19 case outlook map noting Otero County reached gating criteria for the "green" level, allowing for the loosing of certain public health emergency orders. FARMINGTON — San Juan County remains on the Yellow level for the next two weeks after the statewide COVID-19 map was updated April 21.
