Harrisburg men robbed customer in drug deal: police Updated Dec 22, 2020; Two Harrisburg men are in custody this week after robbing a man at gunpoint on Friday, according to charging documents. Leonard Quattlebaum, 29, and William Hawkins IV, 20, are both charged with robbery and conspiracy charges in the assault that took place in the 100 block of South Second Street around 6:15 p.m., according to the affidavits filed against each man. Investigators said Quattlebaum made several sales of marijuana to a Harrisburg man earlier in the day, and in the midst of another sale, he and Hawkins decided to rob the customer, according to the affidavit.

Updated: 10:03 AM EST December 14, 2020 YORK COUNTY, Pa. Two Harrisburg men have been charged after allegedly fleeing from police in a stolen vehicle in an incident Friday night in York. Damone Twyman, 19, was one of three occupants in a vehicle that a Manchester Township Police officer discovered was stolen when the incident began Friday at a Sunoco gas station on Church Road, police say. One other occupant was a juvenile offender, and the third occupant eluded capture after the pursuit ended, police say. Twyman is charged with receiving stolen property and loitering and prowling at night-time, police say. The identity of and the charges against the juvenile were not released by police.
