Asian shares, dollar rise on expected Opec+ production cuts
MSCI’s broadest index of Asia-Pacific shares outside Japan rose 0.4% and Japan’s Nikkei stock index climbed 0.7%, but Hong Kong’s Hang Seng index fell 0.5%
