CONCORD, NH A Concord man will be sentenced in June on drug and gun charges after pleading guilty to felon counts in U.S. District Court on Friday.
Tyler Cady, 30, of Concord pleaded guilty to conspiracy to possess controlled substances with intent to distribute and possession of a firearm in furtherance of that conspiracy, according to U.S. Attorney Scott Murray.
Cady was involved in a drug deal with a cooperating informant on March 4, 2020, in Dover. According to court testimony and documents, the informant arranged a meth deal with Cady and another person. Law enforcement agents saw Cady with more than 111 grams of 100 percent pure methamphetamine on his lap during the deal. He was also in possession of 7 grams of fentanyl. Later, agents searched his vehicle and found another 252 grams of highly pure meth as well as
