The Tyler Deaf and Hard of Hearing Center (TDHHC) began with a small group of individuals with moderate to severe hearing loss.

People from the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Center in Tyler said they want us to be more aware of the needs of the deaf and hard of hearing community in east Texas.

The East Texas deaf and hard of hearing community say they feel ignored and under-served when it comes to receiving important weather information.
