Transport for London has refused to disclose how much the attacks have cost London authorities out of fears the information could encourage vandals.

One protester scaled the ladder blocking the camera that sat on top of a Transport for London van on Rainham Road in east London , in bid to allow cars to pass and avoid the ULEZ charge.
