WORCESTER After spending much of Wednesday morning working with her daughter to schedule an appointment for a COVID-19 vaccine, 85-year-old Theresa Mongeau of Hardwick finally shrugged, turned off her iPad and gave up. I have an iPad and I can do a few things on it, but this was hard, she said of the process. Even my daughter tried to help and she wasn t able to figure out how to get an appointment.
