The Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) is considered in Belarus as an important regional international organization, Andrei Rusakovich, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Eurasian Studies of the Belarusian State University, told the media on the sidelines of the expert roundtable “The Unifying Potential of the SCO in the Emerging Multipolar World”.
