Wicked Local
John M. Corcoran & Company project manager Mary Davis said the new 237-unit Mio Apartments complex on Route 18 would provide different housing options for people who wish to live in Weymouth.
“It is great to have different housing options for people who want to experience what Weymouth has,” she said. “Weymouth is a very vibrant town.”
Davis said 96 units in the two-building complex are presently occupied, and she expects to welcome a new wave of residents as summer approaches. We have an indoor golf simulator that we have never done before, she said. We have a top floor with a community room that leads onto a roof deck which is surrounded by treetops that offers a beautiful view. We put our best forward with the design. Utile Inc. was the architect, and they did the interior design.
