Due to the lack of facilities in terms of food, medicine and medical care, it is difficult for the Unity government to take care of the South Sudanese prisoners. In the general context, this country is still facing many difficulties, while the biggest flood in 60 years recently caused heavy damage. The sick prisoners did not have enough medicine and food.
