According to the Cubaminrex website, the work entitled, Treatment of Recycled Aggregates for the Production of a Durable Structural Concrete was supervised by Fernando Martirena, professor of the Central Marta Abreu University of Las Villas. The defense took place in a virtual room of that university with the presence of the members of the Committee, opponents and supervisors, as well as the Cuban ambassador to Germany, Ramon Ripoll, other officials of the diplomatic headquarters, professors and interested public.
