on that. lisa rubin and a. scott bolden, thank you very much. joining me now is laurence tribe, university professor of constitutional law emeritus at harvard university. professor tribe, you have been very outspoken and active on this issue. i want to ask you this interesting legal question which is the adoption of what is called the questions presented in the grand. so basically the courts is here is the framing for what is being debated before us, what we are ruling on. the question presented, they adopted, is the one from trump s its did colloidal supreme court air in ordering president trump excluded from the 2024 presidential primary ballot? the reason that interesting is the color gop, which also appealed, had much more specific and technical questions presented, but it looks like the court is adopting the broadest possible which gives them any possible avenue to consider. i think you re exactly right,
