Both the Congress and the AAP are part of the opposition INDIA bloc that seeks to put up a united fight against the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the 2024 Lok Sabha polls.
Asserting that “a large amount of paddy had already come to mandis in Amritsar, Tarn Taran, Ropar, Rajpura, Banur, Khanna and Lalru”, Badal said “farmers have reported that no arrangements have been made in the mandis till now”.
