Uttar Pradesh RERA is continuously taking strict decisions against the insensitive promoters for the protection of the interests of the home buyers and is fully committed to protecting the interests of home buyers, it said.

Uttar Pradesh RERA organised an open session with various associations of allottees. 

The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA) has laid down a more effective policy for the implementation of its orders on complaints of allottees. 

The 9 promoters are further directed by UP RERA to submit a compliance report of orders within 15 days. 

The move is expected to provide relief to over 30,000 homebuyers who are awaiting delivery of flats.
