Investigators searched his phone and found there were numerous conversations between him and others related to Bedford purchasing drugs, the majority of which were for methamphetamine, police said. Police found that Bedford met Penn to purchase drugs from him at a motel in Quakertown on March 13, charging documents allege. Penn had sold him drugs six times that week, according to authorities.
