The 21st session of the Intergovernmental Commission for Economic Cooperation between the Republic of Armenia and the Russian Federation was held in Moscow under the co-chairmanship of Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia Mher Grigoryan and Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexey Overchuk, Grigoryan's office said in a press release.
