A Yardley man who admitted to stealing from hundreds of unlocked vehicles in the region faces new charges. On Tuesday, Keith Johnson was arraigned on charges alleging he stole from a minimum of 299 unlocked vehicles in Bucks, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties.
