UPS warehouse workers and delivery drivers spoke about terrible working conditions, with less than three weeks to go before the deadline for a national strike.

UPS and the employees union have been engaged in contract talks since April. Some of the demands include less overtime, air conditioning in delivery trucks and changes to pay scales.
