Those would now count as grandfather plans under the affordable care act. youre essentially gutting the consumer protections of the bill. you have legislation out of senator landrieus office -- unlike president obama and upton, that would actually solve the problem of people losing their plans. the downside from that, aside from being a pretty grifs mandate, youre now keeping millions of people, a lot of whom are healthier and in better shape from going into the affordable care acts marketplaces...
