Police said that Takhellambam Deepu Singh allegedly shot at and injured Ahanthem Ritesh Kumar following an altercation at Uripok Khoisnam Leikai areas under Imphal police station.
A 23-year-old student, Ahanthem Ritish Kumar, was allegedly shot by one Takhellambam Dipu at a residence located at Uripok Khoisnam Leikai on Friday night.
