Protests have spread across Iran over the death of Mahsa Amini after a young woman was arrested by the countryās morality police. According to Arab News, 22-year-old Amini, a local journalist died on Friday, three days after being arrested by Iranās morality police for allegedly wearing a hijab headscarf in an āimproperā way. The police are in charge of enforcing the countryās strict dress code mandated for women, including wearing a hijab in public to cover oneās hair and neck.
