Hoards of migrant workers living in Gurugram, Faridabad, Palwal, and other areas of Haryana have decided to return to their hometowns owing to the violence in the state.

Tension prevailed in both Nuh and Gurugram districts, where police and central forces have been deployed in large numbers to keep the situation under control.

The FIR at the City Nuh police station disclosed that additional chief judicial magistrate Anjali Jain, her daughter, and a few staff members had to run for their lives after a mob pelted stones and fired at them.
