A US Navy destroyer, USS Carney, was involved in a security incident in the Red Sea, a US official said Thursday according to ABC News. It combated multiple missiles launched by Houthis in Yemen. USS Carney also fired missiles in response, the report adds. However, the official told ABC News that it is unclear from where the missiles were fired. They were headed in a 'northerly direction'., World News, Times Now

It’s still unclear whether the missiles were targeting the U.S. ship, according to CNN.
