Populous states are member of the compact and your biggest states are not. Right. And if you look at the folks who the states that have decided to be part of the physician licensure compact, states like i think its West Virginia and one of the dakotas, idaho. Compacts solve part of the reason, but again, theyre only as good as how many states are part of the compact. Right.
