After 2019 floods, Grand Forks hopes a federal grant will subsidize recommended sewer
Vail Circle and Glen Circle are a pair of subdivisions near the intersection of Columbia Road and DeMers Avenue that flood even after relatively modest rainstorms. The city completed some of the sewer upgrades recommended by a 2002 study of drainage problems in that area, and a new study recommends about $7.7 million worth of further upgrades. 8:00 am, May 1, 2021 ×
