Californians have been arrested for cannabis related offensive. People are trying to get there life and the right direction. Max they continue the work to clear this within the next year, the director for the office of cannabis hopes this effort will be replicated by das across the state. A train carrying republican lawmakers slammed into a garbage truck in virginia leaving one person dead and two other people seriously hurt. Lauren blanchard is in virginia, we are hearing from some of those who were on the train. The shock of the collision was so much that you were not braced for it. Police say Marcio Gonzalez junior was arrested in morgan hill and is facing charges of Sexual Assault of a minor. Jesse gary is live with the new details via learning. Reporter Morgan Hill Police say gonzales was arrested earlier today at his mothers house without incident. Because of his work as coach he was and what they call target rich environment i would not be surprised if of additional victims come forward. It happens quite often in these cases. Reporter gonzalez met his victim while working as a part time circuit soccer coach for several schools in Santa Clara County. It happened at a private residence within the last two years. One of the schools where he coached his Live High School in morgan hill where one coach expressed surprise at hearing the news live oak high school. It is disturbing.
