Heesen Yachts turns hull on 67m superyacht Project Sparta

Construction on the 67-metre superyacht Project Sparta is well underway, with her hull have just been turned by her builders, Heesen Yachts. Richard Kaye of Arcon Yachts, who are representing the owner throughout the process, comments: “Our technical team is enjoying working with Heesen and their dedicated workforce. The relationship is one of mutual trust - we share our respective knowledge to ensure we will deliver to the client the best possible yacht.” The superyacht is expected to be delivered to her owner in 2023. Wajer Yachts unveiled the largest yacht to join its fleet, the motor yacht Wajer 77. The new 23.5-metre motor yacht is designed for clients wishing to venture out on longer journeys, with a range of 400 nautical miles. Wajer 77 includes a number of new innovations, such as deck cooling technology, a hybrid fender system and adaptable deck layout, allowing owners to customise their vessel to their bespoke needs. In addition, all of the vessel s technical systems can be viewed and operated via an app, allowing clients greater autonomy over their yacht. The Wajer 77 has accommodations for up to nine guests across three staterooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, including a 5-metre wide master suite finished featuring large windows situated amidships, a junior suite to her bow and a port-side guest cabin. A crew of two is also hosted on board.

36m support vessel superyacht Phi Phantom launched

Phi Phantom, in Antalya, Turkey. The superyacht, built as part of the Project Phi, will serve as a shadow vessel to her mothership Phi, which is currently in build at Royal Huisman Shipyard. Project Phi, comprised of mothership Phi and support vessel Phi Phantom, was designed and built on a meticulous project briefing. According to Gökhan Çelik, President of Alia Yachts: “The owner of Phi Phantom is really detail-oriented, and has been very involved with every element of the build. He trusted us to deliver on a demanding brief, which we have certainly matched and, I hope, surpassed his expectations for this unique support vessel.”
