We just wrapped up the press conference right by where all of this happened. We learned that investigators are still trying to figure out if these parties knew each other before hand. At this point they dont have any indication that that was the case. For now we know at least one person died and one person was treated here on scene. We know the person they say is responsible could be facing murder charges. Deputies say they were called out here to the Rancho San Antonio park in cupertino just before 1 pm. They say the 911 caller told them a vehicle had hit two people and then drove away.
