City services
There won’t be any curbside green bin, recycling, garbage or bulky item collection on Family Day; pickup will take place on Tuesday instead, and collection will be delayed by one day for the rest of the week. The same goes for multi-residential recycling and green-bin collection, but multi-residential garbage pick-up will take place as scheduled.
The Trail Waste Facility will be open, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The city’s 311 contact centre will remain open for urgent municipal issues. You can reach a customer-service rep by calling 311 or 613-580-2400.
Transit
OC Transpo buses will run on a reduced weekday schedule, while LRT service along O-Train Line 1 and bus service along O-Train Line 2 will run on a normal weekday schedule. OC Transpo Customer Service will be available from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. at 613-741-4390.
