According to the ED, Raj Kundra received 285 Bitcoins from the mastermind and promoter of Gain Bitcoin Ponzi scam Amit Bhardwaj for setting up a Bitcoin mining farm in Ukraine. The deal, however, did not materialize, and Kundra is still in possession of the 285 Bitcoins, which are valued at more than Rs 150 crore.

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has attached immovable and movable properties worth Rs 97.79 crore belonging to Ripu Sudan Kundra aka Raj Kundra, businessman, and husband of Bollywood actor Shilpa Shetty, under the provisions of Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002.

According to reports, businessman Raj Kundra purportedly received 285 Bitcoins from his co-accused in the Gain Bitcoin Ponzi scheme case. These funds were intended to establish a Bitcoin mining farm in Ukraine.

The Enforcement Directorate (ED), Mumbai, has taken significant action by provisionally attaching immovable and movable properties worth Rs. 97.79 crore belonging to Ripu Sudan Kundra, also known as Raj Kundra and his actress wife, Shilpa Shetty under the provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (PMLA). It has been alleged that huge amounts of funds were collected in the form of Bitcoins worth Rs 6600 Crore in a ponzi scam.

ED also attached Raj Kundra's wife and Bollywood actor Shilpa Shetty's Juhu flat and Pune bungalow.
