Chelmsford police, bystander aid distressed swimmers

Wicked Local CHELMSFORD A police officer made a splash on Sunday, coming to the aid of two distressed young swimmers, with the help of a bystander at Freeman Lake. Earth Day cleanup becomes weeklong event in Chelmsford
