Reporter parents say the district has done little to address the bullying, parents plan to attend a School Board Meeting tonight to demand action. The 8yearold boys father says the school is partly at fault. Without the right trained individuals in place he can get very frustrated. Some of those may manifest in some aggression. What they did discover is they did have that exchange. He was alive on that first contact.
