FALLS CITY A fatal crash March 18 has claimed the life of Karnes County Human Resource Manager Lacy L. Pruski. According to Sgt. Kenny Mata with the Texas Department of Public Safety Highway Patrol (DPS), the crash on Saturday at about 12:14 p.m. involved three vehicles. A 2008 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck was driving
