Megan went one on one with the mayor elect. Reporter with one of the tightest races ever in the city of annapolis. The votes separated candidates by less than 1 . A nail biter in analis. The voter is not in the city limits. Reporter more than 25 hours over two days, reviewing and counting absentee and provisional ballots. This count is over.
