Vickie Wooldridge facing murder, attempted murder charges in fatal stabbing
One dead, two injured in stabbing; possible suspect in custody KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. A woman who was the subject of a manhunt following a triple stabbing incident on Tuesday has been charged with murder, attempted murder and several other charges, according to court documents.
On December 15 just before 10 a.m., the 911 center was contacted about a stabbing at a home on West Side Drive that injured three people.
When deputies arrived, they located 42-year-old Matthew Lucas, deceased at the scene. He had been stabbed in the neck, face and chest.

KOSCIUSKO CO, Ind. Police finally found and arrested a woman who stabbed three people in a home near Warsaw on Tuesday.
The search for Vickie Wooldridge began just before 10 a.m. when one of the people she stabbed went over to their neighbor’s house to ask for help.
“Officers converged on the area within a matter of minutes, started searching the home, and it was determined that the suspect was not there, but there were three victims from the stabbing,” said Sgt. Chris Francis, with the Kosciusko Co. Sheriff’s Office. “One of which was pronounced deceased at the scene.”
