The positive performance was attributed to the resiliency of its diversified portfolio of residential, industrial, and commercial businesses, despite the challenges of COVID-19. Led by Mr. Chainoi Puankosoom, Chairman, and Mr. Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi, Chairman of the Executive Committee, Thailand’s first fully-integrated real estate platform declared a dividend of THB 0.60, up from THB 0.46 in 2019, paid to shareholders on 11 February 2021.
