SPRING HILL — As city staff searches for solutions following the resignation of its planning director and city engineer, the Board of Mayor and Aldermen is now tasked with finding a new city administrator.
During last month's regular meeting of the Municipal Planning Commission, planning director Steve Foote and city engineer Tom Wolfe announced they would be resigning from their respective positions. Soon after, city administrator Victor Lay announced he too would be leaving, taking a job as town manager of Nolensville. His last day is scheduled for Monday, Jan. 18.
Lay was first hired as Spring Hill's city administrator in October of 2009.
