Four killed in helicopter crash on U.S. Virgin Islands, including friend of Kenny Chesney KATE FELDMAN
Four people died Monday when their helicopter crashed into a heavily wooded area in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
The Virgin Islands Fire Service began receiving 911 calls around 3:15 p.m. from the western end of St. Thomas, where the helicopter went down, according to the Virgin Islands Territorial Emergency Management Agency.
Four people were confirmed dead by 7:40 p.m.
