CHARLESTON A Kanawha County woman is suing West Virginia Inspection Company, Real Estate Central and five individuals for breaching a real estate contract for sale.
Heidi Liebegott filed the lawsuit against the two companies and Kathleen McCallister Caldwell, Devin R. Brightwell, Larry Perkins, Chris Carter and Tonya Dunnavant alleging that she entered into an agreement to purchase real estate in St. Albans from them in 2016, according to a complaint filed in Kanawha Circuit Court.
Liebegott claims the sellers failed to disclose that the front addition to the house was experiencing significant movement and slipping away from the house, among several other defects that were discovered after the closing on the property occurred.
