CARMEN Bissessarsingh, 58, the mother of deceased historian and author Angelo Bissessarsingh, died on Saturday. In a post on Angelo Bissessarsinghs Virtual Museum of TT Facebook page on Sunday, Carmens sister-in-law Patricia Bissessar said, "It is with deep grief in my heart that I wish to inform members that Angelos mom Carmen Bissessarsingh passed away last night at the New San Fernando Teaching Hospital."
