During Vistex s silver jubilee event, CEO Sanjay Shah was in an iron cage meant to be lowered. But wire snapped, and he fell 15 feet onto the concrete dais.
In an attempt to pull out a Bollywood-style stunt at the company’s celebrations at the Film City, the event organisers asked the CEO and executive to enter an iron cage. The iron chain supporting the cage broke while the crew was lowering it and both the individuals received grievous injuries.
During the celebrations, Sanjay Shah and Vishwanath Raj entered an iron cage, which was to be lowered from a height, when the iron chain supporting it snapped on one side, and both of them fell.
