620 Eighth Ave. S., and is renovating both the Voorhees and Downtown Nashville Antique Mall buildings. One of the planned towers, to rise 16 floors, would be sandwiched by those two older structures, while the second, a 20-floor high-rise, would sit behind Voorhees.
Nashville-bases ESa will serve as architect, with Hawkins Partners, also locally based, handling landscape architecture work. Nashville-based Manuel Zeitlin Architects worked on the master plan for the site. The team will go before the Metro Planning Commission on March 11 to request a height variance related to Metro's downtown code.
