Weve got a great panel for you, you have biographies in front of you that my staff has provided some abbreviated biographies which i will read and we will start hearing from the panel. Ive asked each of them to speak for about five minutes, from their perspective on this panel and then i have some questions for them and then we will go to questions from you.
