Jessie Lee Espinosa and Noel David Flores, both 24-years-old, were arrested for unauthorized use of a vehicle on the 2100 block of Kokomo on Jan. 8.
Evading arrest/detention was reported on the 1100 block of Dallas on Jan. 8.
