The Waffle Lab Announces Plans to Expand to Boulder
What started as a gourmet food truck in 2012, eventually morphed into a brick and mortar building in Old Town, Fort Collins and now The Waffle Lab has announced big plans to expand their delicious business to Boulder.
The Waffle Lab stated on Facebook that they have signed a lease and will begin construction on their second restaurant location next week.
The new location will be on The Hill just a few doors down from Fox Theatre, near UC Boulder. This is a great spot to be, as it s one of Boulder’s main commercial districts, with fun and exciting restaurants, coffee shops, retail stores and more.
