Out -- this goes back to your earlier question. it really comes down to the question of how much latitude does the president have in making those judgments to make judgments that are frankly ridiculous. and the statutes in question dont say, dont put parameters on what you can consider a national emergency or how urgent it has to be or what happens if you say im declaring a national emergency even though i dont need to, which is what he said. and those are the questions that a court is going to ...
